Ars Nouveau is one of the best magic mods for Minecraft, but its spell book has to be in your hand to do anything. Casting, changing spells, and opening the editor all read whatever you are holding, which costs you your main hand and a hotbar slot for the whole game.
Ars QOL gives the book a slot of its own. Wear it and everything works the way it always did, just without holding it. Pick a book up and the mod steps out of the way, so nothing you are used to changes.
* What you get
- A spellbook equipment slot that takes any tier of Ars Nouveau spell book.
- Cast, cycle through your spells, and open the spell editor from the worn book.
- The book appears on your character, and the spell you have selected shows above your crosshair.
- Spell books dye like leather armour in any mix of dyes, and wash clean in a cauldron.
